    At Cordaie Paralegal Services, we are fully licensed and regulated by the Law Society of Ontario to provide legal representation in these areas.


    We also offer select family law services as authorized Family Legal Services Providers (FLSPs), including uncontested divorces, child support changes and enforcement, legal name changes, and the registration of domestic contracts.

    Lawyers can represent you in all courts and all types of legal matters. 


    Licensed paralegals are regulated by the Law Society of Ontario and can represent clients in specific areas such as Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences/traffic (HTA, CAIA, by‑laws), Landlord and Tenant Board and certain summary conviction criminal matters permitted by the LSO. 


    Cordaie also includes Family Legal Services Providers (FLSPs) who are specially authorized to offer certain family law services.
